Onboard payees
Partner integration with an existing Zipalti account
Use this workflow if you already have partners/ payees onboarded to Zipalti, but these payees are new to the Everflow system and need to be added.
Once the Zipalti-Everflow integration has been enabled, it appears as a payment method in the partner billing form.
In Everflow, go to Control Center > Configuration > Global Settings.
Click "Edit".
Turn "Off" the "Enable Partners to update billing details inside their Partners UI" field.
Even with this feature disabled, the partner can still update their payment method in 's Payee Dashboard.
- Go to Partners > Manage, and select the "partner".
- Click "Edit".
- Click the "Billing" tab.
- Since the payee has an existing Zipalti ID and account, toggle on "Use Existing Payee ID" as shown below. Enabling this setting allows Zipalti to port over all existing payment preferences, and other demographic information.
When you have finished setting up the payee’s account, the payee's status changes to payable. You are now able to pay invoices via the integration.
Partner integration without a Zipalti account
Use this workflow if you are already using Everflow, but are new to Zipalti and therefore have partners/ payees that need to be pushed into the Zipalti system.
Once enabled, a payee who is new to Zipalti and therefore does not already have a Payee ID, needs to add their payment information so that Everflow can generate a Payee ID that syncs directly with the payee's Everflow account.
In Everflow, go to Control Center > Configuration > Global Settings.
Click "Edit".
Turn "Off" the "Enable Partners to update billing details inside their Partners UI" field.
Even with this feature disabled, the partner can still update their payment method in 's Payee Dashboard.
- Go to Partners > Manage, and select the "partner".
- Click "Edit".
- Click the "Billing" tab.
- Since the payee does not have an existing Zipalti account, toggle off "Use Existing Payee ID" as shown below.
- In Everflow, your payees need to go to Company > Settings > Billing > Edit. Here, they can also check the status of the Zipalti integration.
- If they need to update their billing information, they can click "Edit Zipalti Informations", which takes them to a new page to complete all steps of Zipalti’s onboarding process.
When your payees have finished updating their details, they need to click "Back to Billing" in the top left of the screen. Everflow syncs with Zipalti every 10 minutes and will update payee account status. Once this section displays the following payable status, your payees can receive payments and email notifications from Zipalti.
