How do I know when rejected payment funds have been returned to my account?

Depending on the bank, it can take 30-40 days for funds to be returned to your account.

You can check the Payments > Account statement screen in the Tipalti Hub to see if your funds have been returned. Filter the Transaction type column for Returned payment to see all returns.
