Follow these steps in to enable the Brandwatch-Zipalti integration.

1. In Brandwatch, go to Settings > Admin > Companies.

2. Next to the "Company record", click the ellipses and choose "Edit".

This step must be done by a Brandwatch employee.



3. On the "Edit" page, ensure that the "Payments" toggle is enabled.



4. Click the "Payments" tab and then the "CONNECT ACCOUNT" button to authenticate.



5. On the Zipalti login page, enter your credentials associated with your Zipalti user to login (provide your password or perform a login with SSO).



6. Scroll down, click the "Allow" checkbox and then the "Confirm" button to grant access to the Brandwatch app.



7. Go to Company > Influencer Payments and click the "Configure" button for the Zipalti Integration.



8. On the "Configure Zipalti Integration" screen:

   1. In the "Payer name" field, enter your "Zipalti Payer Name" and click Continue.

   

   2. From the "IPNAn Instant Payment Notification (IPN) is a messaging service that enables you to receive notifications from Zipalti. IPNs are triggered when defined events occur (e.g., updating payee details). Configuration" section, copy the IPN URL and click "Continue".

   

   3. In Zipalti Hub, go to Administration > API integration > IPN setup, paste the copied IPN URL.

   

   4. In Zipalti Hub, go to Administration > API integration > API keys and copy the "Master key"

   

   5. In Brandwatch, in the "Zipalti API Key" section, paste the Master key in the API key field and click "Activate" to complete setup.

   If you are using the W8 tax module, in the "Income Type" field, you can enter the W8 income type as set up in Zipalti.

   

9. A confirmation page displays confirming that the Zipalti Integration is now "Active".
