Make payments

Follow these steps to make payments to Trackdesk affiliates through Zipalti.

1. In Trackdesk, go to Affiliates > Open balance and select your date range.

Any open balances will appear on this screen. If there is nothing to settle, you will see a message alerting you as such.



2. Click "Pay via Zipalti" to settle your balance with the Zipalti payment method.



3. Go to Affiliate > Settled balance to check the status of a payment.



If the payment has already been submitted, the "Pay via Zipalti button" will be greyed out . After clicking a row on the "Settlements" page, you can view details about the payment record, which includes the Affiliate name, settled balance, payment method, and payment status.

4. Click "Check status" to get the most current status of the payment.
