Payee field limitations

The following table lists common payee fields and the limitations you need to consider when using the Zipalti Hub—for example, when:

• Adding a new payee to a bill
• Adding a new payee to the Supplier Hub
• Updating information of payees registered with the Supplier Hub

Preferred entity	If multiple payer entities are assigned to the payer, a specific entity can be assigned to the payee. The field name must be the "Entity name" (values are provided for you in a dropdown list) or "Default" (to use the default entity). If the tax forms required for the new entity differ from those of the previous entity, a confirmation message displays informing you that your selection will invalidate the payees current tax form. Payees without a valid tax form on file are unpayable. The payee will have to submit the tax form required by the newly assigned entity to become payable again.
