iFrame and Supplier Portal Login Error Codes for Payees

If you encounter an error code while trying to log in as a payee, or if a payee is trying to log into the iframe or Supplier Portal, they may occasionally receive an error message with a number, like this:

Steps to Troubleshoot

1. Identify the error code.
   Make a note of the exact error code displayed on your screen.

3. Contact your IT team.
   You will likely need to contact your IT team to understand the details behind the error. Please provide them with this page of error codes so that they can fix the problem.

Common Issues

1. Invalid payee IDs or names
2. Problems with the encryption string. 

Many issues can be solved by ensuring you are only passing acceptable characters in your payee details - accent marks are not allowed, for example.
